Papyrus sheet, darker in places, lacking part of its left half and with holes in the preserved portion; written on both sides along the fibres. On the back there is one line, of which only the beginning survives. The front bears 24 lines, many of which lack the beginnings. Margins are extant, the side and upper being minimal. Folding lines are visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
