- Medium-brown papyrus, complete, somewhat damaged at the top, otherwise well preserved; written on both sides. The front bears 13 lines written across the fibres, complete, with margins extant. On the back, there are two lines running along the fibres, written the other way up in relation to each other. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
