List for the Annona (SB XVIII 13147, P.Lond. III 1251 descr., TM 32978)
Scope & Content:
Schedule of meat, wine, barley and chaff to be collected for the military annona from Hermopolite villages of the fifteenth administrative unit (pagus) for the fourteenth indiction of an unknown year. The list is arranged by villages, and the entries include goods and quantities.

Papyrus sheet of good quality, broken off to the right and with some breaks; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front there are two columns: the first is complete and has 16 lines, the second has the beginnings of 21 lines, with the last one only having a small trace. At least one column is lost. Upper, left and lower margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Papyrus sheet, lacking part of the left hand side and damaged along the vertical folds. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text consists of one column with 21 lines, some of which lack a few letters at the beginning. All margins are extant, although the left is damaged and the right is minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 115 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Application addressed to the city council of Hermopolis made by Aurelius Phibion, son of Panechotes, in order to receive the corn allowance granted by the emperors Macrianus and Quietus. With subscriptions of Phibion and Prodicus at the end.

Papyrus sheet, lacking most of its left half, and with small insect holes located especially in the upper portion. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Parts of 26 lines survive, most of which lack the beginning. The right margin is extant, and parts of the upper and lower margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Scope & Content:
Petition from Flavius Georgius, son of Silvanus, to an official whose name is lost, with regards to some debt that the man was trying to recover. Dated to the second indiction, Choiak 2, in the consulship of Flavius Ioannes, and belonging to the archive of the soldiers of the numerus of the Mauri.

Sheet from a papyrus roll, written on one side, nearly complete; the first line is damaged and a very few letters are missing on the left-hand side. Housed in one glass frame and mounted on cardboard. A name containing a Coptic character is in line 13.

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, light-brown, broken off at the bottom and lacking the upper margin and the left-hand portion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Portions of 15 lines survive, all lacking the beginnings. Only the right margin survives, which is minimal and irregular. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
