- Schedule of meat, wine, barley and chaff to be collected for the military annona from Hermopolite villages of the fifteenth administrative unit (pagus) for the fourteenth indiction of an unknown year. The list is arranged by villages, and the entries include goods and quantities.

- Papyrus sheet of good quality, broken off to the right and with some breaks; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front there are two columns: the first is complete and has 16 lines, the second has the beginnings of 21 lines, with the last one only having a small trace. At least one column is lost. Upper, left and lower margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
