Records in this series relate either to Oral History Society publications or to the running of the OHS Members' Bookshop. This offered members the option to order publications (either produced by the OHS or others relating to oral history), from the Bookshop stock list.
Three of the files in this series are Paul Thompson's records from his editorship of the International Yearbook of Oral History and Life Stories. This publication was developed from an earlier one called Life Stories, owned by a French charity set up by Daniel Bertaux (L'Association Développement de l'Approche Biographique, Paris). Life Stories was initially published by the OHS before Oxford University Press took it on).
