Scope & Content:

The files in this sub-series largely comprise Committee and AGM minutes, with some other Sub-Committee minutes present also. There are account summaries and reports from various branches of the Society's activities, within AGM and other minutes. Additionally, some correspondence features here although files which contain mainly Committee members' correspondence appears under their named sub-series.

After 2000, the files include details of OHS training and website activities, such as statistics and analyses of website use or training course attendance. The printed version of minute meetings sometimes occurs with the handwritten notes from the following meeting. For that reason, users may need to order more than one file, to find both handwritten notes and printed minutes for a particular meeting.
