- Residue of lease held from the Ironmongers' Company on five houses in Crutched Friars, eleven houses in Stone Cutter Court, and three vaults beneath the premises: purchased in 1794 by the East India Company from William Millar for £191 8s per annum in short annuities and £50 for fixtures. New lease for 21 years granted by the Ironmongers' Company to the East India Company in 1808 for £500, renewable eighteen times for the same period. East India Company was also to spend £7,000 on new buildings and pay rent of £300 per annum. Surrender of lease on two houses in Stonecutter Court purchased by the East India Company in January 1796, one from Richard Parry for £630, the other from Mrs John for £166.
