- Leasehold estate consisting of four tenements directly behind the other premises on the west side of Northumberland Alley purchased by the East India Company. The Company purchased the interest of Thomas Treppass in the estate in 1798 for 100 guineas. The Company's surveyor Richard Jupp made an agreement for the conveyance of the freehold with the trustees of the estate. However, on the death of the Bishop of Bath and Wells who had been the principal negotiator, the other trustees refused to recognise the agreement and the Company's interest in the property expired with Treppass' lease. The Company demolished the houses since they were dangerous and as a consequence had to pay £119 in delapidations as well as £112 10s costs for an action brought by the trustees.
