- Foliation: this file consists of four physical volumes. The foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the first folio of volume one (ff 1-201a), through volume two (ff 202-404a), volume three (ff 405-606a), and terminates at the last folio of volume four (ff 607-804); these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio. The foliation sequence does not include the front and back covers, nor does it include the leading and ending flyleaves of each volume. The sequence contains three foliation anomalies: f 201a; f 404a; f 606a.
