Foliation: this file consists of three physical volumes. The foliation commences at the first folio of volume one (f 1) and terminates at the last folio of volume three (f 279); these numbers are written in pencil, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio. Five plans have been removed from volume one, and bound together and re-foliated in volume three; these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio. Folios 20-24 have therefore become folios 275-279. The original folio numbers can still be found in parallel to the new foliation
The front and back covers (volumes one and two), along with the two leading and ending flyleaves have not been foliated. Volume two contains the following foliation anomaly: 244 and 244A.
The front and the back covers (volume three), along with the three leading and ending flyleaves have not been foliated.
