Strachey/Holroyd Papers. Vol. lvii (ff. 249). Correspondence, papers and reports of Strachey Trust members, principally Michael Holroyd, and of David C. Sutton, senior research officer of the project, relating to the project ‘Writers and their Copyright Holders’ (the ‘WATCH Project’) established by the Strachey Trust and other bodies, including the Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center; 1991-2000. The first proposal for the project was made by Mark Le Fanu of the Society of Authors in a paper for the Strachey Trust, and the project formed a continuation, with the same staffing, of the Location Register of English Literary Manuscripts and Letters at the University of Reading.
