The file is made up of Memos, telegrams, reports, extracts, notes, Handing over notes from Buea, Bamenda and Mamfe divisions, from Fungong area, from Buea Residence Office, from Banso, Victoria, all produced in 1922. Those items talk about the ethnographic assessment Instructions regarding and reports. Some sheets are written on both sides, the items are both handwritten and typed. Some items are made up of more than one sheet of paper, some of them have been removed (10, 11, 12) and others are missing (9,13, 14, 17, 18, 67 up to 71, 78 up to 81, 83 up to 118.) Not all the item numbers are represented in the table of content. The verso of some pages has writings in German (images references 57-58,59-60,78-79, 106-107). The file has another reference which is the file number given by the creator of the original material( File N.B454).

The file is deteriorated by natural causes (Dirt, insects) human handling and at the top left corner of the material, the local tag used in binding the file has affected the sheet of paper.
