The file is made up of varied reports and correspondence and two maps pertaining to Bamenda Division. 1- In an older system of arrangement the folder has the file number B.3063. 2-This file has a map and a summary on Bamenda Division.3- All the sheets are very fragile including the maps and the summary; 4. the items 7 and 8 (digital images 22, 23, 24, 25) have been turned from the landscape to portrait. 5. The items 81 and 102 are up and down written on both sides. 6. The item 110 is made up of three sheets glued together, the same as the item 111.
130 sheets excluding the cover. Most of the textual documents have been written on sheets of two sizes: either ca. 33 X 20 Cm or 16 X 19 Cm. There are 2 maps on format 38 X 44 Cm and a summary on format 160 X 38 Cm, both on Bamenda Division. The cover page of the file is the original hard cover: it had not been changed by the Archivist.
1-The top and the bottom edges of the sheets are torn and twisted due to rough handling by users.2- Most of the pages are torn on the edges.3- Some of the pages have stains due to moisture.4- File includes sheets of paper of different types (thin, thick, ruled, etc)
