The file is made up of handing over notes from Mr I.F.W. Schofield, outgoing District officer of the Bamenda Division to Mr M.H.W. Swabey, incoming District Officer of the same division, produced in 1938 . Some notes are handwritten on the sheet on the margin and there is also a small sheet of paper (17x21cm) with handwritten notes.

The sheets in the file are in good conditions of conservation, but the cover is a bit damaged.
