The file is made up of memos, notes and a map pertaining to the development of the Abakpa land in the Bamenda District and produced as from 1950 up to 1953. The file has another reference which is the file number given by the creator of the original material (23839)
43 sheets of paper text with the following sizes : 21x34, 15x10cm, two covers with the following sizes : 26x37, 25x37 ; one map with the following dimensions 94x66cm
The first cover is in good condition of conservation, the second one and the paper within the file are a bit damaged by human handling. The items have writing on both sides, and the file contains two statistical charts with particular sizes (77x50cm and 73x54cm) which have been irregularly folded.
