This file is made up of text documents (correspondence, memorandum, telegrams). telated with and including the intelligence report on the Bali clan especially the reorganisation of this administrative area. It has another reference which is the file N° probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. This file N° is 211/1921
101 sheets of text paper excluding the two covers. The sizes of the item are the following: Cover 1: 26x33 cm, Cover 2: 23x37 cm; sheet of text paper: 21x33, 21x11, 21x17, 21x24, 21x26cm. The date on the cover page does not correspond to the date range within the file (which are 1920-1924). Some of the items have been renewed by gluing more than one sheet.
The second cover page is seriously mutilated, while the fist one is in good conditions of conservation. The sheets within the file have been endangered by the use of local tags and human mis-handling Many of the items are both sides written; several sheets are both handwritten and typed.
