The file is an assessment report on the Bali clan in Bamenda Division written in 1925. The file has another reference which is the file number given by the creator of the original material (File No EP 4929). The cover has been renewed and on the first cover, the file number given by the creator is EP4929 Vol.
65 sheets excluding the two covers and three maps. Most of the textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21 X 33 cm, and the maps measure 37X 39 cm, 33X 39cm, 49X 38cm
Some of the sheets are fragile and greatly mutilated at the edges. The maps are drawn on pieces of cloth gnawed by insects.
