This file is made up of text documents (correspondence, memorandum, telegrams) all related and including the intelligence report on the Bali clan, focused especially on the reorganisation of this administrative area. It has another reference which is the file N° probably referring to an older system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. This file N° is 4929 Vol II.
22 sheets excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1: 26x40 cm, Cover 2: 23x37 cm .Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21 X 33 cm, 20 X 17 cm, 21x24cm 21x11cm, 21x26cm 21x18cm 21x15, 21x13cm, 10 X 16 cm,19 X 33 cm, 54 X 33cm
Some of the sheets are fragile and greatly mutilated at the edges by human mishandling, insects and the use of local tags to bind the file. Many of the items are both sides written, others are both handwritten and typed.
