This file is made up of text document (correspondence, memorandum, Letters, Telegrams) and an extremely damaged map about communities of the Banso district area produced by E.G. Hawkesworth. Some of the items are both sides written, others are both handwritten and typed and others are made up of more than one sheet of paper while some sheets of paper contain more than one item. On the cover page, there is another reference which is the file N° probably referring to an older system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. This file N° is 82/1922.

66 sheets excluding the cover with the following sizes : Cover : 27x33cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21 X 34 cm, 20x25cm, 21x27cm,21x12cm,20x14cm,20x12cm,26x32cm,33x41 cm.
The file is deteriorated by natural causes (Dirt, insects) human handling and the local tag used to bind the file especially at the edges and the top left corner. The map inside the file is seriously damaged and can not be used in this condition.
