This file is made up of text documents (correspondence, memorandum, Letters, Telegrams) relating with and including a Re-assessment Report on the communities living in the Banso District in the early 1930s. The file also contains a number of original black and white photos of small size. These have been grouped and glued in two sheets: each of these sheets has been scanned and then each of the photos has been scanned, too. Single photo scans are in the folder called "multiphoto pages", within the "Ab13" folder.

210 sheets excluding the three covers with the following sizes : Cover 1: 26x37 cm, Cover 2: 23x37 cm Cover 3: 22x34 cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21 X 34, 21X30 cm, cm, 22 X 20, 17X20 cm, 15x20 cm.
The file is deteriorated by natural causes (Dirt, insects) human handling, there are three very endangered items that have been photocopied and the original copies kept in an envelop.
