The file is made up of text documents (correspondence, report) and photographs (There are 24 photographs which sizes are: 4X6 cm and 6X4 cm; the photographs are fixed on 3 black sheets of paper) all concerning the Banso Native Authority. Some items are written on both sides of the sheets while some are handwritten and typed. The cover has been changed, and there are some notes on it concerning some pages number. It has another reference which is the file N° probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. This file N° E.P.4461 Vol.2

218 sheets excluding the three covers with the following sizes : Cover 1: 25x33 cm, Cover 2: 21x36 cm Cover 3: 22x34 cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 20 X 17 cm, 22X34 cm, 21 X 27 cm, 20X16 cm, 15x10 cm, 21x23 cm,20x23 cm,14x10 cm.
The file is deteriorated by natural causes (Dirt, insects) human handling. Most of the sheets are fragile and greatly mutilated at the edges.
