The file is made up of text documents (correspondence, report with appendix) about the reorganisation of the Fulani people and their judicial matters in the Bamenda Division. Some items are written on both sides of the sheets while some are handwritten and typed. The cover has been changed two times and the second cover has some handwritten notes. The file has another reference which is the file N° probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. This file N° is 11541 Vol.1
83 sheets excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1: 25 x36 cm, Cover 2: 20x33 cm textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21 X 33 cm, 22X33 cm, 26X 20cm,16 X 20 cm,14X20 cm,19X20 cm,13X20 cm.
Most of the sheets are fragile and greatly mutilated at the edges.
