The file is made up of text documents (correspondence,telegrams,memorandum, report and a statistical chart) about Fulani land tenure and their jurisdictions. Some items are written on both sides of the sheets while some are handwritten and typed. The cover has been changed and on the old cover there are some handwritten notes may be by the archivist about the previous files. This file has another reference which is the file N° probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. This file N° 10068 Vol.3
122 sheets excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1: 25x33 cm. Cover 2 :24x35cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 20X 34 cm, 20X20cm,20X25 cm, 20X 30cm, 18 X 25 cm, 20X12cm,13X20cm,20X10cm,15X10cm.
Most of the sheets are fragile and greatly mutilated at the edges.
