The file is a report on the Meta clan which is a clan within Bamenda Division in what was then the Cameroons Province. It focuses on geographical, sociological, economics and cultural issues of the Meta clan area. 93 sheets of paper excluding the three covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 22X 33cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21X33cm. The file has a map on a piece of clothes which has the same sizes. There is also three census statistical charts that measure 40X33cm. There are 27 photographs inside the file whose size is 15X9 cm. Those photographs are glued on 27 sheets of paper.
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad conditions of preservation. Some are mutilated at the edges.
