The file is made up of a report on the Meta clan which is a clan within the Bamenda Division. The report is basically on geographical, historical (pre and post European), administrative (indigenous organisation), judicial (indigenous and modern systems), economic and cultural issues on the Meta clan area. Most of the sheets are mutilated at the edges by insects. The cover has been renewed twice. The map has been completely wiped off.
