The file is made up of text documents (correspondence, memo) about geological, demographic economic issues and administrative organisation of MOGAMAW and NGEMBA areas within the Bamenda Division. This file has another reference which is the file N° 1454/ 1925 probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file. Some sheets are handwritten at their back in German. [Item 5(a) page 2 to 4 ; item 13 from 1 to 6] ; They have been produced before 1915 by the German administration in Cameroon between (1894 and 1912).
50 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 27X 33cm. Cover 2: 24 X 36cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 20X33cm,20X32cm, 20X17cm,20X16cm,20X44cm, 20X14 cm. Two Maps (one on cloth and in colour and the other is just a photocopy of the original map which has been probably lost) measure 46X46cm and 30X42cm respectively.
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad conditions of preservation. Some sheets are mutilated at the edges. The cover has been renewed.
