The file is made up of text documents (correspondence, memo) about chiefs' affairs, economic (agricultural and trade) issues and administrative organisation of MOGAMO area within the Bamenda Division. This file has another reference which is the file N° B3104 probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file.
21 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 24X 34cm. Cover 2: 22 X 36cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 14X11cm,20X16cm, 21X17cm,21X34cm,20X33cm
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad conditions of preservation. some sheets are mutilated at the edges. The cover has been renewed.
