The file is composed of various notes, memos, correspondence which are the comments to C. H. Croasdale's intelligence report on the Mogamo speaking families of Widikum tribe. The report is based on the genealogical, judicial administrative and socio-cultural issues within Widekum and Fumbe areas. Some notes on the sheets are handwritten.

57 sheets of paper excluding the cover with the following sizes : 25X 36cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 14X18cm,20X33cm, 16X20cm,20X21cm,20X17cm,16X20cm,22X15cm
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad condition of preservation. Some sheets are fragile and some others are greatly mutilated at the edges.
