The file is made up of text documents (correspondence,memo,intelligence report) based on the report on the Ngemba and Mbu's speaking peoples area within Bamenda Division. The file in particular makes reference to the judicial affairs ( laws and customs) between the Ngemba and Mbu'speople. Just one item is written on both sides while some items are handwritten. This file has another reference which is the file N° B. 3064 probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file.
52 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 25X 41cm, cover 2: 23X 37cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21X17cm, 21X 14cm,21X 29cm;20X 28cm,21X 20cm,21X 33cm,14X 11cm,21X 26cm,20X 17cm,20X 33cm,20X 26cm,21X 29cm.
Most of the sheets are mutilated at the edges by handling. The cover has been renewed once.
