The file is made up of text documents (memo) which are remarks, recommendations, and comments on the assessment report made up by Mr Sharwood-Smith on Ngemba people within Bamenda Division. The items are focused on the war between the Bafut and Bande people, remarks and explications are made on the Mogamo assessment report done by Mr Sharwood. This file has another reference which is the file N°N.A. 100 probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file.
21 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 26X 36cm, cover 2: 22X 36cm.Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 21X33cm, 20X 33cm,20X 17cm;21X 17cm,21X 18cm.
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad conditions of preservation. However, some are mutilated at the edges and the cover has been renewed twice.
