The file is made up of text documents (a report) which are general remarks on the Ngi people , their history, culture of the people, the village administration, their natural resources, their land boundaries etc. It is more of a description of the natural potentials by Mr A. E. Tweed on the Ngi people within the Bamenda Division. Corrections have been made on some of the items by the author.
68 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 24X 36cm, cover 2: 20X 28cm.Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 20X21cm and 21X 33cm.
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad conditions of preservation. However, some are mutilated at the edges and the cover has been renewed once.
