The file is made up of text documents (a report) which consist in general remarks on the Ngi people , their history, culture of the people, the village administration, their natural resources, their land boundaries etc. It is more of a description of the natural potentials by Mr A. E. Tweed on the Ngi people within the Bamenda Division. The file includes a demographic assessment of the Ngi area. The file has an older archival number B 3067.
84 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : Cover 1 : 25X 40cm, cover 2: 21X 33cm. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes: 20X33cm, 17X 10cm,21X 33cm;21X 17cm,21X 18cm, 26X33, 20X10, 21X15, 20X17, 20X13.
Most of the sheets are fragile and greatly mutilated at the edges. Marks on the left-hand side of recto of sheets have been left by rusty metal tags.
