The file is made up of text documents of intelligence dealing with the geography, history, administration, politics, justice and economy of the Ngi clan. (Co)author is Mr A. E Tweed, an assistant district officer of the time. As stated in the cover, file contains no maps.
68 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes: 24X 36cm, 22X33. Textual documents have been written on sheets of sizes 20X23,40X33,15X10 cm, one sheet has only drawings.
Most of the sheets in the file are still in good condition except for the appendices that are mutilated due to human rough handling and insects. The cover has been renewed once.
