The file is made up of text documents (memos and assessment report both hand- and typewritten) on the Ngi and Ngunu taxation rate. This file has another reference which is the file N° 1215 probably referring to an old system of arrangement given by the creator of the file.
14 sheets of paper excluding the two covers with the following sizes : 24X 36cm, 20X33. Textual document s have been written on sheets of sizes 21X33, 21X16, 21X21cm,
Most of the sheets in the file are not in very bad conditions of preservation. However, some are mutilated at the edges and the cover has been renewed once. The original cover is labelled with writings both typed and handwritten both on the recto and verso. Four sheets are written in German on the verso without any regard given to it.
