Letter from the Earl of Radnor, 5 February 1847, refusing an offer of Clanricarde's because 'Kneller is afraid of the climate for his children' and expressing gratitude;

Letter from the Earl of Roscommon, Fitzwilliam Lodge, Blackrock, 22 February 1847, asking for a situation in the Post Office Department for a friend;

Letter from William Radley, 31 January 1848, concerning his patent for the use of porcelain fabrics in gas burners, complaining that a Mr Leslie, whose patron is Clanricarde, has imitated Radley's invention;

Letter from J N Roebuck, 23 October 1849, concerning postal deliveries on Sundays;

Letter from Sylvester Redmond, Dublin, 11 February 1850, asking whether his name was put forward as director of a company with or without his knowledge and if letters of introduction were written by him;

Letter from Baron Rehausen, 5 March 1850, regarding a postal convention;
