Copy of memo from Richard Temple, Secretary to the Commissioner of the Punjab, to Bartle Frere, Commissioner in Sind, 29 Nov 1855 regarding salaries and jurisdictions in the Punjab. Also copy of memo from Bartle Frere, Commissioner in Sind, to Lord Elphinstone, 31 Dec 1855, made for the Governor General, regarding revision of salaries.
