In 1888, the communications on the functions and services of the hospice registered the following information: the sending of the annual budget and monthly expenses, monthly reports on the movement and state of the patients, the sending of the payers' lists, reports on the debts of both national and foreign patients, requests for repairs to the rooms, the purchase of supplies for the proper functioning of the work of the asylum, the payment of fees for doctors and medical interns, monthly requests for the purchase of medicines for the apothecary's shop. Incidents were reported such as the death of a patient after his departure from the hospital, the loss of administrative documents and hospital books during the tenure of the former inspector, who was sent to Bolivia and took the documents with him, the non-attendance of medical interns which led to problems in patient care. Request for the transfer of the pharmacy to another room, as it was in unhealthy conditions due to its proximity to the hygienic services used by the patients. Reported resignation of Emilio Kruger as the Hospice Bookkeeper. The appointment and acceptance of Manuel J. San Martin as Hospice Inspector is registered. Finally, the annual report for the financial year 1988 is included. On folio 106 we can see the administrative form in which the annual budgets of the Hospice are executed. In this case it can be seen that the financial years end in the month of November.
En el año 1888, las comunicaciones sobre las funciones y servicios del hospicio registraron la siguiente información: el envío del presupuesto anual y de los gastos mensuales, los reportes mensuales del movimiento y del estado de los pacientes, el envío de las planillas de los pagantes, los reportes de las deudas de los pacientes tanto nacionales como extranjeros, solicitud de refacciones de los ambientes, la compra de suministros para el correcto funcionamiento del trabajo del manicomio, los pagos de honorarios de los doctores y de los internos de medicina, solicitudes mensuales de compara de medicamentos para la botica. Se reportaron incidentes como la muerte de un paciente luego de su salida del hospital, la pérdida de documentos administrativos y de libros tenedores del hospital durante la gestión del antiguo inspector, quien fuera enviado a Bolivia y se llevó consigo los documentos, las inasistencias de los internos de medicina lo cual produjo problemas en la atención de los pacientes. Pedido del traslado de la botica a otro ambiente puesto que se encontraba en condiciones insalubres debido a su cercanía a los servicios de higienes de uso de los pacientes. Se reporta la renuncia de Emilio Kruger como el Tenedor de Libros del Hospicio. Se registra el nombramiento y aceptación de Manuel J. San Martín como Inspector del Hospicio. Por último, se incluye la memoria anual del año económico de 1988. En el folio 106 se puede observar la forma administrativa en que se ejecuta los presupuestos anuales del Hospital. En este caso se observa que los años económicos terminan en el mes de noviembre.
