In 1892, the communications on the functions and services of the hospice registered the following information: the sending of the annual budget and monthly expenses, the monthly reports on the movement of patients and the medical statistics tables, the sending of patient stay lists and payers' lists, the sending of payment accounts for repairs and/or construction work carried out in the hospice, and requests for the purchase of clothing for patients. There is a request from the Seville Institute for three patients to be assigned to their jurisdiction to do the work of cleaning the orchard. In response to this request, the inspector stated that this would not be possible, as the hospice could not afford the costs involved in caring for these patients. The inspector mentions that hospitals should not refer patients who do not present serious clinical symptoms to the hospice, as at the moment there is neither the infrastructure nor the supplies to cover the needs of all of them. It is also reported that the authorities, when referring a patient to the hospice, do not include all the personal data requested, which results in incomplete records. The repair of the toilets in the women's department, which are in very poor condition, is requested. The annual report for the financial year 1892 is included.
