Asimismo, se plantea el aumento de sueldo del Tenedor de Libros y se solicita limitar las solicitudes de constancias de ingreso y salida de los pacientes, ya que es un trabajo no remunerado. Se propone la contratación de dos guardianes para la vigilancia del servicio nocturno del manicomio. Nota sobre los gastos efectuados en la renovación del piso de las celdas que resguardan a los pacientes catalogados como “sucios”. Nota sobre el asesinato de un paciente a manos de su compañero de celda y se solicita al doctor Matto la realización de la autopsia. La madre superiora solicita la compra de 600 kilogramos de tabaco libre de impuesto. Los doctores Matto y Mayorga solicitan una partida adicional para adquirir útiles y aparatos destinados al gabinete electroterápico, especialmente la máquina de rayos X.
