The book contains handwritten transcriptions of the administrative letters from the years 1899 to 1919 of the Lima Insane Asylum. Some transcriptions are summaries of the original letters. The book continues in the month of October from the previous correspondence book and ends on 15 March 1919. On the cover of the book we read "Copying notes book. Reports from the Insane Asylum 1899".

El libro contiene transcripciones manuscritas de las cartas administrativas de los años 1899 a 1919 del Manicomio de Lima. Algunas transcripciones son síntesis de las cartas originales. El libro continúa en el mes de octubre del libro de correspondencia anterior y acaba el 15 de marzo de 1919. En la tapa del libro se lee "Libro copiador de notas. Informes del Manicomio 1899".
