In 1907, the communications on the functions and services of the hospice registered the following information: the sending of the monthly budgets and ordinary expenses, the monthly reports on the movement of patients and the medical statistics tables. The number and income collected from pensioner patients who are treated on a monthly basis is indicated. The monthly payroll of the penitentiary patients, convicted prisoners, convicted pensioners and priests patients is registered. Admissions, medical leave, escapes, deaths due to various ailments and the discharge of patients discharged and at the request of their guardians are reported. In the draft budget for the year 1906, a request is made to hire a female guardian and to increase the monthly payment of the male guardians, as well as to increase the quantity and cost of some basic necessities consumed in the hospital. The inspector requests authorisation to sell 18 paintings from the insane asylum chapel to the Reverend Father of the Society of Jesus. The purchase of 200 saucepans and the carrying out of plumbing work in the asylum are reported. It is recommended that the patients transferred to the asylum should first be observed by the police doctors to check their state of health. It is requested that a project be drawn up to transform the dining room for free patients into dormitories and to build a new dining room next to the kitchen. Dr. Mayorga requests the release of a patient on trial who does not show symptoms of insanity and who was transferred in an irregular manner by the political authorities of Callao. En el año 1907, las comunicaciones sobre las funciones y servicios del hospicio registraron la siguiente información: el envío de los presupuestos y gastos ordinarios mensuales, los reportes mensuales del movimiento de los pacientes y los cuadros de estadística médica. Se indica el número y los ingresos recaudados de los pacientes pensionistas que son atendidos mensualmente. Se registra la planilla mensual de los pacientes penitenciados, reos rematados, enjuiciados pensionistas y sacerdotes pacientes. Se reporta el ingreso, las licencias médicas, las fugas, los fallecimiento por distintos males y la salida de los pacientes dados de alta y a solicitud de sus apoderados. En el proyecto del presupuesto del año 1906 se solicita contratar a una guardiana y aumentar el pago mensual de los guardianes hombres; además, incrementar la cantidad y costo de algunos productos de primera necesidad consumidos en el hospital. El inspector solicita autorización para vender 18 cuadros de la capilla del manicomio al reverendo Padre de la Compañía de Jesús. Se informa la adquisición de 200 cacerolas y la realización de obras de plomería en el asilo. Se recomienda que los pacientes trasladados al hospicio deben de ser observados antes por los médicos de la policía para comprobar su estado de salud. Se solicita la elaboración de un proyecto para transformar el comedor, destinado a los pacientes gratuitos, en dormitorios y edificar un nuevo comedor allende a la cocina. Se solicita el traslado de dos menores de edad al Hospicio de Huérfanos luego de evaluar que se encuentran en buen estado de salud. Se solicita gestionar con los clubes de la ciudad la donación o venta de revistas y periódicos para la lectura de los pacientes. La madre superiora, con el respaldo del cuerpo médico ,solicita la compra de un gramófono ya que produce un buen efecto en los pacientes. El Dr. Mayorga solicita la salida de un paciente enjuiciado que no presenta síntomas de locura y que fue trasladado de manera irregular por las autoridades políticas del Callao. El Dr. David Matto solicita al Instituto de Vacuna las vacunas para los pacientes y para el personal del hospital. Para este año firma como inspector: Luis García y Sacio El año económico empezó en enero de 1907 y terminó en diciembre de 1907.
