En el año 1911, las comunicaciones sobre las funciones y servicios del hospicio registraron la siguiente información: el envío del presupuesto anual y de los gastos mensuales, los reportes mensuales del movimiento de los pacientes y los cuadros de estadística médica, el envío de las planillas de las estancias de los pacientes y las planillas de los pagantes, el envío de cuentas de pago por las refacciones realizadas en los ambientes del hospicio, pedidos para la compra de vestimenta para los pacientes. Se detalla el incidente de un paciente lastimado a causa de heridas autoinflingidas y una nota sobre un paciente maltratado por el que se despidió a un guardián.
