In 1914, the communications on the functions and services of the hospice registered the following information: the sending of the annual budget and monthly expenses, the monthly reports on the movement of patients and the medical statistics tables, the sending of patient stay lists and payers' lists, the sending of payment accounts for the painting of the calamine roof and water tanks in the laundry, requests for the purchase of dining room, kitchen and other miscellaneous utensils, wood for building work, cots, bedpans and blankets.
