In 1914, the communications on the functions and services of the hospice registered the following information: the sending of the annual budget and monthly expenses, the monthly reports on the movement of patients and the medical statistics tables, the sending of patient stay lists and payers' lists, the sending of payment accounts for the painting of the calamine roof and water tanks in the laundry, requests for the purchase of dining room, kitchen and other miscellaneous utensils, wood for building work, cots, bedpans and blankets. For this year Federico Elguera signs as inspector. Transfer of 24 patients to the Hospice for the Incurables. Additional position of guardian for the new wards and a carter. Note on the Sister Superior's report on the quantity of bread baked in the hospice. Note on the advisability of appointing and paying for a dentist for the hospice. Report of the Sister Superior on her refusal to reduce expenditure, suggesting that the appropriations be increased or that the admission of patients be discontinued. Note on the need to transfer a convict who is cured because of the danger of escape. The year ended with 177 paying patients. The annual report for the financial year 1914 is included.
En el año 1914, las comunicaciones sobre las funciones y servicios del hospicio registraron la siguiente información: al envío del presupuesto anual y de los gastos mensuales, los reportes mensuales del movimiento de los pacientes y los cuadros de estadística médica, el envío de las planillas de las estancias de los pacientes y las planillas de los pagantes, el envío de cuentas de pago para el pintado del techo de calamina y tanques de agua de la lavandería, solicitud para la adquisión de útiles de comedor, cocina y otros varios, madera para obras, catres, bacinicas, y frazadas. Para este año firma como inspector: Federico Elguera. Traslado de 24 pacientes al Hospicio de Incurables. Plaza adicional de guardiana para los nuevos pabellones y un carretero. Nota sobre el informe de la hermana superiora sobre la cantidad de panes elaborados en el hospicio. Nota sobre la conveniencia de nombrar y pagar a un dentista para el hospicio. Se incluye un informe de la hermana superiora acerca de su negativa de reducir los gastos, sugiere que se aumenten las partidas o que se deje de admitir pacientes. Nota sobre la necesidad de trasladar a un reo que se encuentra curado por el peligro de fuga. El año terminó con 177 pacientes pagantes. Se incluye la memoria anual del año económico de 1914.
