In 1915, communications on the functions and services of the hospice registered the following information: the sending of the annual budget and monthly expenses, monthly reports on the movement of patients and medical statistics tables, the sending of patient stay lists and payer lists, the sending of payment accounts for repairs carried out in the hospice rooms, orders for the purchase of jumpers, T-shirts and stockings for patients and the request for the repair of the boiler in the steam laundry. Federico Elguera continues as inspector of the hospice. Note on the report of the Sister Superior about the poor state of the telephone and the poor quality of the meat supplied by the supplier to replace the meat they were buying from the slaughterhouse, report from the Sister Superior about the bread from the Penitentiary which is not of good quality and is delivered at the wrong time. En el año 1915, las comunicaciones sobre las funciones y servicios del hospicio registraron la siguiente información: el envío del presupuesto anual y de los gastos mensuales, los reportes mensuales del movimiento de los pacientes y los cuadros de estadística médica, el envío de las planillas de las estancias de los pacientes y las planillas de los pagantes, el envío de cuentas de pago por las refacciones realizadas en los ambientes del hospicio, pedidos para la compra de chompas, camisetas y medias para los pacientes y la solicitud de la repación del caldero de la lavandería a vapor. Continúa Federico Elguera como inspector del hospicio. Nota sobre informe de la hermana superiora acerca del mal estado del teléfono y de la mala calidad de la carne suministrada por el proveedor en reemplazo de la que compraban en el camal, informe de la hermana superiora acerca del pan de la Penitenciaría que no es de buena calidad y se entrega a destiempo. Envío de cuadros de existencias en el depósito, con detalle de proveedores y promedio de uso o consumo por trimeste. Nota sobre la solicitud de completar el personal con una hermana de caridad en el Hospicio de la Magdalena. Detalle sobre los costos del traslado de una paciente a Arequipa. Traslado de reos a presidios por mostrar mejoría o recuperación. Nota sobre la necesidad de trasladar a un hombre con hemiplejía y afasia a un refugio. Nota detallada sobre la necesidad de trasladar a un paciente a Arequipa por encontrarse curado, quien ingresó junto con una mujer, ambos sin identificar. Se detalla la necesidad de devolver a la Junta de Arequipa el cheque para los gastos del traslado de un natural de dicho departamento por haber fallecido antes de haberse realizado. Nota sobre la fuga de un reo mediante la fabricación de una llave y con presumible destino a Chile. Se detallala solicitud de varias modificaciones para el presupuesto de 1916; se declara que pronto se trasladará el Hospicio a La Magdalena, regularizar en las partidas los ingresos de algunos empleados, aumentar el gasto en alimentos, aumentar la partida para gastos de útiles de aseo, zapatería, cocina, composturas, imprevistos, creación de plazas de sastre y carretero, capellán, frazadas, pienso e impuestos. El año terminó con 190 pacientes pagantes. Se incluye la memoria anual del año económico de 1915.
