Condition of original material: The documents are generally in good condition, however some ink is fadind and slightly torn.
Custodial history: The Material was published at Blantyre Newspapers Limited in Blantyre district in Malawi. The news papers were then collected, and stored stored at the National Archives of Malawi repositories.
Arrangement: The material is arranged according to dates of creation but in reverse order.
