Correspondence and other papers (concerning hire contracts, etc.) involving or relating to individuals or organisations with names beginning D-, set aside by Boosey & Hawkes because of particular archival value. Correspondents include Lionel Dakers, Henry Walford Davies, the Decca Record Company Ltd., Peter Maxwell Davies, Ryland Davies, Nigel Douglas, Roy Douglas, Arthur Davison (misspelled Davidson), Harriet Cohen, S. Darley, Carrie Tubb, Tom Davies and George Dannatt. With print vocal scores of several Russian choruses or part-songs, all sent addressed to Harry Cooper from A.S. Vogt: 'The Stars' (Sergyeï Ivanovitch Taneyef), 'Spring Delight' (César Cui), 'Cherubim Song' (Sergei Rachmaninoff), 'Oleg's Men' (N. Tcherepnin) and 'Slumber Song' (Alexander Gretchaninoff). The first of two parts.
