Squire of the Celeste Octet (correspondence 1929–1937, with reference to Hubert Eisdell and Dora Labette, Cyril Smith (pianist, with publicity material, requesting to play at a Boosey & Hawkes concert, 1 July 1933) and Willy Strecker.
