The plan shows the proposed head regulator for the Khazzal Canal Project, to be undertaken by the Shaikh of Mohammerah with British assistance. It includes a cross-section, a longitudinal section, a plan showing the foundations, detail of regulating apparatus, and a cross section of the wing wall. The scale of the plan is 1 inch = 10 feet.
