Left-hand portion of a medium-brown papyrus, darker in places; complete at the top, bottom and left; with some damage along two horizontal folds; zig-zag break on the right; written on both sides. On the front, there are 14 lines written across the fibres and lacking the ends. Lower, right and upper margins are extant. On the back, there are two lines written along the fibres upside down in relation to each other. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame with an opening to show the text on the back.

Joining fragments of varying size from a papyrus roll, with small gaps in the left-hand lower part which do not affect the text, and a larger lacuna affecting most of lines 2-4. With Arabic writing in line 1 and docket on the verso in two lines.

Left-hand half of a papyrus roll, darker in places; broken off at the top; Writing runs on one side across the fibres. The front bears 32 lines written across the fibres. Left and lower magins are extant. The right-hand portion of the same papyrus alongside two other fragments from the top are now at the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg and have been published as P. Ross.Georg. IV 1. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
