Fragmentary deed of a sale of half of a house sold by the deacon Phoebammon, the soldier Antonius, the sub-deacons Aelianus and Callinicus, and Theophila to the comes Germanus, in front of witnesses.

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and bottom, with insect holes and surface damage in places; darker in the middle; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 13 lines, with a trace of another line at the bottom; side margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Lower portion of a dark-brown papyrus sheet, somewhat torn in the lower margin too; with some surface damage throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There remain 16 lines from the foot of a column, with only few traces of the first line; side margins are minimal, and the lower is damaged. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Two papyrus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass frame.

Left papyrus (A): Medium-brown papyrus sheet, complete, abraded in places; written on one side along the fibres. The front bears one complete column of 10 lines; all margins are extant. The back is blank.

Right papyrus (B): Medium-brown papyrus sheet made out of two sheets, the first of which displays vertical fibres, while the second has horizontal fibres, complete; written on one side. The front bears 6 lines, written partly across (beginnings) and partly along the fibres all margins are extant. The back is blank.

Conclusion of a contract for the sale of 260 cnidia of wine for future delivery, with subscriptions of the deacon Aurelius Andreas, son of Phoebammon, written by Aurelius Gennadius, of three witnesses and of the notary. The endorsement is on the back.

On the front, there are 16 lines from the foot of a column; of the first line, only few traces remain. The last line is indented. Lower and side margins are extant. Vertical folds are visible; a sheet-join runs vertically at 5 mm from the right edge. The back bears one line, lacking the beginning. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, light-brown, broken off at the bottom and lacking the upper margin and the left-hand portion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Portions of 15 lines survive, all lacking the beginnings. Only the right margin survives, which is minimal and irregular. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
