Two papyrus sheets housed in the same glass frame.
Upper papyrus (A): Broken off to the right and mutilated at the bottom (front); with darker patches; written on both sides. The front bears 5 lines lacking the ends, running across the fibres; upper and lower margins measure c. 20 mm; the left margin measures 10 mm; the right margin is lost. On the back there is one line written along the fibres in the upper left corner.
Lower papyrus (B): Broken off at the bottom and right; with some surface damage in places; bearing writing on one side across the fibres, with the back blank. There are 5 lines wanting the ends, and traces of a sixth line. Upper and left margins survive.
